- Diocese of Origin (Kerala)
- Current Country of Residence (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Republic of Ireland)
We do not collect any financial information, identification numbers, or sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Your personal data is processed under:
- UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) - Consent
- UK GDPR Article 9(2)(d) - Processing by a not-for-profit religious organisation

Your information will be used solely for the following purposes:
- To verify that signatures come from Syro-Malabar Catholic faithful.
- To prepare and submit the full petition document to:
- The Holy See
- The Dicastery for the Eastern Churches
Your data will not be used for marketing, shared with third parties, sold, or published publicly.
5. Who Will Have Access to Your Data
Access to your personal data will be strictly limited to:
- Two authorised administrators appointed by UKSMFJF
- The receiving authorities at the Holy See and the Dicastery for the Eastern Churches
No other individuals, groups, or external organisations will have access.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Your information will be stored securely on encrypted systems hosted in the United Kingdom.
- All data will be handled in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your data from loss, theft, and unauthorised access.
7. Data Retention
Your data will be retained only until the petition process concludes, including any follow-up correspondence with the Holy See. After this, all personal information will be securely deleted.
